The Risepark Pedigree Miniature Schnauzer Kennel was founded in 1955 by Peter Newman and Risepark is currently the top winning Pedigree Miniature Schnauzer Kennel in the UK, specialising in the pepper and salt colour. Barry Day first became interested in Miniature Schnauzers in 1975 (with a Risepark dog - of course), Peter and Barry formed a partnership in 1986 and Risepark has since made up champions in Beagles, Norwich Terrier and Griffon Bruxellois, as well as its beloved Miniature Schnauzers.

Risepark is particularly proud of the influence the Risepark stud dogs have had on the Miniature Schnauzer breed in the UK and the fact that Risepark has produced more Miniature Schnauzer champions for other kennels than anyone else. Risepark is also proud of its reputation for producing delightful Miniature Schnauzer companions with superb temperaments.
